We hired Kevin Carlson, Carlson Custom Homes for tile work in our existing home for a couple of projects. The first project was an update of our master bathroom. He tiles the floor, shower stall and walls around the tub. Beautiful! Clean work and quick!
Our second project was to remove all carpet and hardwood floors except bedrooms and replace with tile and a heat system. This was a huge project, covering the laundry room, kitchen, bathroom, and main floor of our ranch home. Kevin worked it in between many other projects he had going on and did a wonderful job. We love it! He is knowledgeable and guided us in the right direction to make the best decision for the heating system. He is absolutely our first call when we have any projects!

Carlson Custom Homes completed the construction of our home in 2015. We had met with some of the big builders in the area, but they were unwilling to work with us on truly making a home that was unique and fit our needs. We were able to design a custom layout with custom finishes from top to bottom that fit our style and our family for a price we could afford. The quality and craftsmanship are second to none. We weren't stuck with a cookie-cutter design and a limited number of finishes to choose from. We received all of the quality of a big builder with the attention and detail that can only be provided by a smaller custom builder.
Kevin walked us through every step of the home building process. We took the floorplans for the house that we chose and discussed the changes that we wanted to make. He was extremely helpful, informative, offered suggestions, and helped us to build the house of our dreams.
